Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Since most of our products are made-to-order, your order will be produced and then shipped. Total delivery time is typically 7-14 business days within the United States (5-7 days production + 2-7 days shipping). During busy periods, production may take up to 2 weeks. You'll receive updates as your order is being made and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us to inquire about international shipping availability for your location. International orders may have longer production and delivery times.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and destination. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is produced and ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on standard orders. However, if you receive a defective item, wrong item or if there was a clear error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Because production begins quickly after you place your order, we can only cancel orders within a few hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Product Information

How do I care for my products?

Care instructions vary by product. For apparel, we generally recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry. Specific care instructions are included with each product. For home goods, spot clean or hand wash as needed to maintain quality.

Are your products eco-friendly/sustainable?

Our print-on-demand model means products are only made when ordered, which reduces waste and excess inventory. We work with quality suppliers and use sustainable materials when possible. Check individual product descriptions for specific material information.

What materials are used?

Our products feature a variety of high-quality materials including cotton, polyester blends, and other durable fabrics. Each product listing includes detailed material information in the description.

What should I expect from embroidered products?

Our embroidered products such as hats, beanies, and jackets are crafted with care, but please note that embroidery is a unique medium — the final embroidered design may differ slightly from the product mockup shown. This is a natural part of the process of translating a design into embroidery style. We work to keep the finished product as close as possible to the original design, and we think you'll love the result!

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.

Why does production take 5-7 days or longer?

Each item is custom-made just for you after you place your order. This made-to-order approach ensures you receive a fresh, quality product while reducing waste. We appreciate your patience as we create your unique items!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is not currently available, but all orders are packaged with care. You can include a gift message in the order notes at checkout.
