All sales at allska are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received the wrong item or a clearly defective product.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@allska.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a full refund to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or for items damaged due to misuse.
